How to reach the BEROLINA-AIRPORT-HOTEL (Adlershof):
----------------------------------------
1) From the airport Schoenefeld:
From the airport one has to walk about 5 min. to the train station
(S-Bahn) by following the sign of a green capital "S". You can go by
any
train (S9 or S45) and get off at the third station, called "Adlershof".
From the platform you can see now already the hotel BEROLINA on the
other side of the street (behind some trees). Use the exit
"Adlergestell".
2) From the airport Tegel:
Just in front of the airport the Express-Bus X9 (in direction
"Zoologischer Garten") leaves. You get off at the second station,
called
"Jungfernheide". From there you take the train S45 (in direction
"Flughafen Berlin-Schoenefeld") or S46 (in direction "Koenigs
Wusterhausen") and you will arrive after 42 min. at the station
"Adlershof". From the platform you can see now already the hotel
BEROLINA on the other side of the street (behind some trees). Use
the exit "Adlergestell".

How to reach the GUEST HOUSE of the
HUMBOLDT UNIVERSITY (Ziegelstrasse)
--------------------------------------------------------
1) From the airport Schoenefeld:
From the airport one has to walk about 5 min. to the train station
(S-Bahn) by following the sign of a green capital "S". You may now
either take the city train (S-Bahn) S9 in the direction "Zoologischer
Garten" which goes every 20 minutes and takes about 40 min. to
"Friedrichstrasse". Or you may take one of the trains RE4, RE5 which
are
considerably faster (about 25 min. to Friedrichstrasse). Note, that
they
depart from a different platform. Arrived at "Friedrichstrasse" choose
the exit "Friedrichstrasse" and cross the river. The first street on
the
righthand side is already the "Ziegelstrasse". The guest house is at
the
righthand side at the corner "Tucholskystrasse".
2) From the airport Tegel:
Just in front of the airport the Bus 128 (in direction "Osloer
Strasse") leaves. You get off at the sixth station, called
"Kurt-Schumacher-Platz" and from there take the underground train U6 in
direction "Alt Mariendorf" until "Friedrichstrasse". Arrived at
"Friedrichstrasse" you have to cross the river. The first street on the
righthand is already the "Ziegelstrasse". The guest house is at the
righthand side at the corner "Tucholskystrasse"

IMPORTANT: The reception works from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you
arrive later in the evening please inform us.
BREAKFAST: The accommodation is without breakfast. But you may
have breakfast in the restaurant of the Bonhoeffer-Haus, some minutes
walk in the same street. Alternatively you can go to the Cafeteria at
the institute in Adlershof which opens at 8:30 a.m.
How to reach the DORINT-HOTEL
Adlershof

You
go to the train-station (S-Bahn) "Adlershof" as it is described above
(for the Berolina-Airport Hotel). Arrived at "Adlershof" you pass
underneath the railway bridge and then follow the "Rudower Chaussee".
The DORINT-HOTEL is near the Institute of Mathematics (5 min)

How to get to
the MATHEMATICAL INSTITUTE in ADLERSHOF:
------------------------------------------------------
1) From the BEROLINA airport hotel:
you return to the train station "Adlershof". After you pass underneath
the railway bridge you follow the "Rudower Chausse". By walking, this
takes 10-15 min. Or you may use the Bus 360 for two stations. The bus
stop is at the righthand side 100m after the bridge. The mathematical
Institute ("John von Neumann"-building) is at the lefthand side.
2) From the guest house:
you return to the station "Friedrichstrasse". The only direct
connection to "Adlershof" is the train S9 in direction "Flughafen
Schoenefeld" going every 20 minutes. Otherwise one has to change the
train at "Ostkreuz". Arrived at "Adlershof" you pass underneath the
railway bridge and then follow the "Rudower Chausse". By walking this
takes 10-15 min. Or you may use the Bus 360 for two stations. The bus
stop is at the righthand side 100m after the bridge. The mathematical
institute
("John von Neumann"-building) is at the lefthand side.
