This webpage describes how to reach the Mathematical Institute.

Arrival and Departure: The arrival day is Sunday September 9th. The courses well be held from Monday morning until Friday. Departure day is Saturday September 15th. Since Friday afternoon is free, participants might leave earlier, too.
Those participants staying at the University Guesthouse should arrive before 22:00 or else arrange with the organisers how to get the room keys.

Accommodation: We made some hotel reservations near Friedrichstraße (in the heart of Berlin, though quite far from the Institute), mostly in the University Guesthouse. Single rooms there cost 30-35 €, but these rooms are quite limited in number. Please tell us if we should make a hotel reservation.
IMPORTANT: Please register before July 22th if you prefer to stay at the University Guesthouse or in some other hotel provided by the organisers. Beyond this deadline, we cannot guarantee to help you to find accomodation.

Registration: To register, please send an email to Martin Hils (modnet@mathematik.hu-berlin.de), stating your name, affiliation, address and status (e.g. PhD student, postdoctoral fellow).

Financial Support: Research students funded by Marie Curie networks should be able to obtain financial support from the networks.
