ColumnMajorMatrix - Real

The ColumnMajorMatrix is a dense column-major matrix of double values.The elements are store contiguously in a single java array. This matrix is efficient for numerical computing, especially column-wise computations.

Here is an example of a dense matrix with two rows and two columns:

Row-1 3.7 4.8
